Torremolinos è una località che dista circa 12 Km da Málaga... Questa città è famosa per le sue discoteche e i vari locali notturni... Il quadro sopra è stato dipinto da Guillermo Pérez Villalta nel 1975... e già allora Torremolinos era frequentata da migliaia di turisti all'anno... alla ricerca del divertimento... Per certi versi la trovo molto simile a Rimini... Il divertimento... e la notte... alla ricerca di qualcosa che plachi la nostra insoddisfazione... Guardo il viso di quel giovane degli anni 70... chissà come sarà stata la sua gioventù... se inseguito avrà realizzato i suoi sogni... un lavoro, una famiglia... sarà felice ora?... e in quegli anni sarà stato felice?... La felicità confusa con il divertimento... La notte... l'ansia dello sballo a tutti i costi... la notte... le avventure... tante, troppe... che lasciano il vuoto... la notte... che illude... che ci fa sentire quello che non siamo...
